Phone 116 123, at any time, to speak free of charge with Samaritans if you are experiencing a mental health crisis.

If you need help in an emergency, go to your nearest hospital urgent treatment centre or accident and
emergency (A&E) department. There are mental health liaison teams in all the A&E departments in West Sussex.
