Our Offer to Providers
Our commitment to providers is that we will:
- Develop effective partnerships and relationships with providers ensuring regular opportunities for connection and engagement with the mental health commissioning team and also by responding promptly to queries and issues raised by providers.
- Offer support in key areas; through the available teams and services, QAMs team. TEC team, Market Development Project and Mental Health Commissioning Team, offering advice, information and support where this is possible to support achieving our goals.
- Share our plans at early stages, co-producing and collaborating with providers and aiming to be as transparent as possible.
- Listen to and communicate effectively with providers working towards resolving issues and challenges where this is possible.
