Our Adults' Services Customer and Carer Group is made up of people who are experts by way of their experience with Adults' Services. They act as 'critical friends' who influence the development of services that people receive in the future. They provide proactive feedback by sharing their experiences and act as a sounding board for new service developments, all in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Are you interested in sharing your experiences and helping to shape Adults' Services?
Do you receive care and support from us?
Are you a family or friend carer for someone who receives care and support from us?
If so, come and join our Adults' Services Customer and Carer Group .
The Customer and Carer Group meet in person at Field Place in Worthing and online. We use a piece of technology called an 'Owl' to enable people to join us online at the same time. It enables everyone to clearly see and hear the discussion and contribute to the meeting.
Senior leaders from Adults' Services regularly attend the group meetings.
The group meets every two months .
The meetings usually last around two and a half hours and travel expenses, to and from the group, will be paid.
If you are interested in attending one of our meetings or require additional support in order to attend, please call:

Or email WorkingTogetherAS@westsussex.gov.uk
The next meeting of the Customer and Carer group is Tuesday 12 November 2.00 - 4.30pm.
