Joint Carers Strategy 2021-2026

West Sussex County Council and the local NHS are working together to make West Sussex a county that values all carers. The West Sussex Joint Commitment to Family and Friend Carers is the strategy which sets out how carers will be supported to be more proactive about their own wellbeing. E-Wellbeing Online Resource for young carers

This supports young people up to 25 years of age

Are you a young carer or do you know a young person who regularly cares for a family member or friend who may like some support? E-Wellbeing is an excellent online resource to support young people up to 25 years of age.
