Hobbs Field - Horsham

A collage of three pictures, two people enjoying drinks outside in the sun, a person kneading food, and three people tending to a garden

Hobbs Field is a registered residential care home providing person-centred care and support for up to 15 people over the age of 18 who have a learning disability.

The service comprises two houses, each house has eight single bedrooms, with four on the ground floor. There is no lift to the first floor.

There is a lounge/dining area, a separate kitchen and one bathroom on each floor.

The garden has a quiet seating area with raised beds and an accessible pathway.

The Hobbs Field staff team are working to produce new opportunities for people both within the service and through our links with local community groups and volunteers.

We support people to live the lives they want with a focus on "Active Support" to increase people's independent living skills. Examples of this are shown below in the quotes.
